E-Courts Recruitment 2017 – Lower Division Clerk

District and Sessions Judge, Hooghly issued Notification for the post of 75 Lower Division Clerk, Peon and Various Vacancy. Interested and qualified candidate apply Online before last date.

Name of Vacancies –

  1. Lower Division Clerk
  2. Peon

Number of Vacancies –

  1. Lower Division Clerk – 16 Posts
  2. Peon – 35 Posts

Educational Qualification –

  1. For Lower Division Clerk – Candidate must have 12th pass or equivalent examination from any recognized Board and at least a certificate in any Computer Training from recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation.
  2. For Peon – Candidate must have 8th pass Certificate from any recognized school or Madrasa or any other recognized equivalent Institution.

Age Limit – Minimum and Maximum age limit is 18 to 40 years (as on 01.01.2017)  

Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC/ST Candidates and 03 years for OBC Candidates

Pay Scale –

  1. Lower Division Clerk – Rs. 5400-25200/-
  2. Peon – Rs. 4900-16200/-

Selection Process – Selection will be based on written test, Typing test.

Application Fee – Candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/PWD Categories and Rs. 250/- for All other categories (for Process Server and Peon) and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/PWD Categories and Rs. 300/- for All other categories (for English Stenographer, Lowe Division Clerk and English Typist Copyist) through used to Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking or Challan.
